"Location was perfect. The terrace overlooking the sea was the best feature of the property, view of the promenade, gorgeous sunsets. The apartment was clean, modern , nicely furnished, plenty of seating. 3 bedrooms with large comfortable beds, nice white bedding. There were 5 adults in our party so the 2 full baths and 2 toilets were adequate."

"A folder with information about the neigborhood, restaurants, local shops, things to do, would have been useful. Also instructions for dishwasher and cooktop which took 5 of us (2 engineers!) a few minutes to figure out. Could have used more than 1 bath towel and 1 small towel per person for 9 days. We were not sure about the parking situation. We were lucky enough to find a space in front of building everyday but once."

"The flat is spacious and modern. The location is perfect and everything is in a walking distance. It has got an amazing view and just staying on the terrace is an exceptional experience. It is really difficult to explain with words just how good the view is and what an experience is to watch the sunrise and the sunset from there. The flat is right in front of one of the best beaches in the region (most of them are rocky but this one is sandy). I would highly recommend staying at this flat."

"Only thing you need to consider is that the keys are picked up from a different location in the city so you need to carefully read the arrival instructions and plan you arrival so that you go to the key pick up location first and then the property. It is not too far away however."

"sensational property. located directly above the beach with fabulous views. the apartment was a bit tired but very comfortable with a huge sofa. the balcony was great. two of the three bedrooms are a good size. the kitchen was well equipped. a short walk into the town Center. we had some really good meals and enjoyed the general vibe of Cannes."

"AMAZING view of the Riviera. AMAZING location. So easy to get everywhere. Quieter than on the main strip around the port. We liked it here a lot more. Better for families. The little train leaves just down the road. Ferry to islands at the same spot (2 min walk). Nice boulangerie downstairs and a nice Italian restaurant as well. Very nice beach club across the road. The apartment itself was excellent but pricey. Air con and blinds are appreciated. Very good showers."

"The apartment wasn't ready when we arrived, spent ages looking for the key which wasn't there because the apartment hadn't been cleaned from the last guests (some issue with the door lock which wasn't fixed when we were there either). Was very annoying at first as we had just come from a 20+ hour flight and then had to walk around Cannes in plane clothes (tracksuit) in summer. The apartment was quickly cleaned but once we were in, the cot which I confirmed prior had not been delivered. I then had to organize my own cot, at my own expense which was extremely poor service. All they said was "I did not know". This is a lie because in the same WhatsApp conversation they confirmed two days prior that it will be there. Very poor from YourHostHelper Cannes. Luckily Floriane from Easy Baby Rental helped us out on short notice. The host did not even offer to help. The TV stations also did not work. There was an issue with the Orange box, and no terrestrial TV stations were available. I advised in WhatsApp but the host ignored it."

"The view from the balcony is exceptional - what a wonderful start to the day! Great location with restaurants and breakfast bars to the right of the property. Literally less than a ten minute stroll to the main promenade and shops. Approx ten minutes to train & bus station."
